Henri A. Gautreau, 88, of Sen. Roméo LeBlanc Residance, Memramcook, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2001, at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital.
 Born in Gautreau Village, he was the son of the late Anselme Gautreau and the late Henriette Cormier. He was a store owner. He was also a member of the Golden Age Club of Pré-d'en-Haut.
He is survived by his wife, Dorina (Dorine) (LeBlanc) Gautreau; one son, George (Nancy) Gautreau of Pré-d'en-Haut; one sister-in-law, Rita Gautreau; four grandchildren, Nicole, Lise, Sharon and Derrick; two great grandchildren, Shelby and Jessica; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four sisters, Nélida, Edith. Corinne and Albina; and two brothers, Exias and Léonide.
Remains are resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral service to be held at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut, on Thursday, June 14 at 7:00pm. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
